A Taste Of Ireland

New South Wales Tour 2024

Australia’s most successful Irish dance show is set to explode back onto NSW stages next month with a spectacular new staging of their hugely successful show, A Taste Of Ireland kick off its NSW tour at Orange’s Civic Theatre last March 8, 2024. This theatrical spectacle will open in Orange, followed by dates in Wagga Wagga, Dubbo, Bathurst, Penrith, Parramatta in March, with dates in Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, Grafton, Taree, Singleton, Gulgong, Wyong, Sydney, Wollongong, Cessnock, Blue Mountains, Queanbeyan and Hurstville throughout April and May – before heading off across Australia. Seen by over 150,000 people worldwide, the show has enjoyed sell out seasons in the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand. The show also features multiple world champion dancers, as well as former stars of Lord of the Dance and Riverdance.

Having performed over 300 shows since 2019, A Taste Of Ireland has merged cultural tradition, with modern flair and craic galore – to deliver a stunning performance that brings the house down every night! This season audiences are invited to join the acclaimed cast of champion Irish dancers from across the globe, alongside immensely talented musicians and vocalists, as they
collectively weave their magic to deliver intricate choreography that is 100% live! With revamped musical classics like ‘Danny Boy’ and ‘Tell Me Ma’, the show’s live, energetic blend of jaw-dropping live acapella tap battles and world-class dancing, mixed with melodic folk music mashups and craic galore transports you through the story of Ireland’s tumultuous history.

Co-Producer/ Director Brent Pace says, “As a producer and director, I am absolutely thrilled to announce the final Australian tour of ‘A Taste of Ireland’. We have thoroughly enjoyed delving into the history and essence of Ireland, using music and Irish dance to narrate the enthralling saga of this remarkable nation. The show offers audiences an intimate live experience, where each storyline is intricately woven with dynamic lighting and stunning visual backdrops. The cast and I have worked incredibly hard to ensure that each performance and dance sequence is carefully choreographed to convey the profound essence of these moments in Ireland’s history, ensuring that you not only observe them but also experience it through the movement, music, and captivating live dance. We’re thrilled to share this unforgettable experience with our Australian audience this year and eagerly anticipate our journey to this remarkable tour, a culmination of years of dedication and passion.”

Australian Irish dancing duo Ceili Moore and Brent Pace have made a name for themselves on the world stage of Irish dancing over the last few decades, winning world championships and dancing alongside the likes of greats such as Michael Flatley. With both of them coming from Irish dancing families in Australia, their union has seen the creation of live entertainment company Pace Live, a uniquely Australian – theatrical production company that brings the magic and celebration of Irish dance and culture all over the country and the world.

Set to debut on Broadway, after the Australian tour, don’t miss your chance to see A Taste of Ireland in 2024. It’s truly ‘Celtic―for this decade’.

“Their skill and execution is superb… Their ability to dance as one is so perfect, they make it seem effortless and almost unnoticeable” –
Broadway World

“The Irish dancing was stupendous, executed with such skill and agility that it just blew the minds of the audience… Now touring
Australia, do catch a show or you’ll live to regret it” – Brisbanista
