Contemporary choreographer Jason Winters is launching a new dance program in Australia for dancers aged 13-18 years, and is holding the first round of audtions in Sydney in August. The Movement’s aim is to mentor its students to reach their personal goals and dreams.

According to Winters’ the Facebook announcement: The Movement is a youth contemporary dance program for students aged 13 to 18 years. The Movement is an exclusive mentorship and training program for young inspired contemporary dancers destined for a career in the industry. Our goal is to produce professional Australian contemporary dancers working in companies around the world. We aim to do this by delivering a very high standard of training, integrated with weekly lectures and creative performance opportunities. We believe young Australian contemporary dancers deserve a plan & platform to showcase themselves to national & international dance companies. We have devised a program we are proud of and a network base for our goal to become a reality. Be apart of The Movement for an inspired journey of personal growth and soaring achievements.
The Movement Dance Program will run on a Monday Evening from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
