Full Programs 2016-2020

To our complete pleasure, with all live performances shut down at present, Dancehouse has decided to release all the selected dance works from the prestigious choreographic event from the past five years.

Now, online for the first time, you can view all works presented in editions 2016—2020 of the Keir Choreographic Award! Click here

Presented by Dancehouse, the Keir Foundation, Carriageworks and the Australia Council for the Arts, the Keir Choreographic Award (KCA) occupies a significant and dynamic place in the Australian dance landscape.

Running bi-annually since 2014, it offers eight (8) artists the time and space to create and present a fully funded new work, a remarkable context in which to engage with international perspectives and an opportunity to connect with new and ever expanding audiences for dance in Australia. The KCA today is an unmissable national mini-festival, assembling an inspiring and diverse community of artists, international guests, audiences, and local and national stakeholders.

You can watch the full back catalogue of dance works at: www.dancehouse.com.au/resources/keir-choreographic-award/

It’s a bit long, but please enjoy the 2020 full program participants here below 🙂
