Twofold

Sydney Dance Company

The production crew are in the theatre, our dancers are prepping for dress rehearsals and final touches are being made to costumes and lighting – Twofold is now officially opens.

From electrifying movement to deep emotional storytelling, each piece of this double bill will captivate and challenge your senses, offering two distinct yet beautifully intertwined worlds of dance.

Impermanence

Be transported by the transient nature of life as our extraordinary dancers perform alongside a string quartet in Bonachela’s “moving and powerful” (Timeout) Impermanence.

Love Lock

Inspired by the power of love stories, Melanie Lane‘s incredible new work Love Lock deconstructs love songs to create a folk dance that celebrates the fantasies and realities of love. With bold, textured and colourful costumes designed by the iconic Akira Isogawa, the stage will be transformed into a pulsing heartbeat of energy and connection.

This limited season is not to be missed! Only on stage for 11 performances.
