Slide, Sydney’s premier fine dining and entertainment destination, launches the return season of the acclaimed variety show Vaudevillia from October 8th – November 26th, every Thursday night.
Vaudevillia is a cabaret room at the end of the universe – a world of entertainment. Strangely familiar and yet all-together original, this is twisted cabaret with a late night attitude.
You’ll be wined and dined as you are transported to a parallel world to witness an (inter)stellar vaudeville variety show produced by Slide’s award winning and acclaimed production house.
Featuring an inflatable host, a band of musical misfits, a suicidal puppet, and outrageous comedy, Vaudevillia’s performing artists storm the stage in a mad-cap variety show that revisits the traditions of classic vaudeville and fuses them with contemporary acts.
Vaudevillia is an entirely original production by Slide, home to Sydney’s #1 Burlesque Risqué Revue and also to the infamous El’ Circo on Oxford Street. Producer and creator Jeremy Brennan describes the show as having “a wickedly twisted and colourful aesthetic”.
