Over the weekend Bangarra Dance Studio Theatre was filled with young audience members and their families for the premiere of Waru – journey of the small turtle!
This contemporary saltwater Lagaw Kazil (Island Children) story introduces children to the rich culture of the Torres Strait and opens up conversations about climate change, respect and reciprocity.
