Set in a Catholic boarding school in the early 2000s, Peter a young gay man, proud of who he is, tackles his friends, family and church head on to fight for acceptance and love. A brave look at a teenagers life in the fight for equality, this important story delves deep into youth mental health, bullying, teen pregnancy, suicide and the importance of knowing the strength of your own voice.
The show is honest in its depiction of consequences, people will relate and reflect to their own lives, learn and understand a stronger empathy and leave the show wanting to scream love is love.
