Audition for Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company’s Pre-Professional Study Abroad Program
Sydney August 5 & Melbourne August 18
Renowned Israeli-based Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company will be holding FREE open auditions in Sydney and Melbourne for ‘Dance Journey’ – the company’s International Pre-professional Study Abroad Program.
The program offers dance students and pre-professional dancers ages 18 years and up, a life changing opportunity to spend a semester or full academic year studying dance at their elite dance education program in Israel. The ‘Dance Journey’ program begins in February and September, for a period of 5 months or 10 months where participants are offered a chance to study company repertoire, contemporary and ballet to list a few.

The audition, led by company dancer, Tristán Carter, will consist of a contemporary class (warm-up) and followed by new company repertoire. Dancers will not be required to prepare a solo piece. Dancers must bring their CV and headshot and arrive 15-minutes early.
