The ABC is producing a new teen drama called ‘Dance Academy’. The story sounds very similar to ‘Fame’ as is sure to provide us with some great viewing!
They are currently looking for the 6 lead characters. This show is going to be a big deal. They are producing 26 x half hour episodes and filming will commence in July and go through to February 2010 with a two week break at Christmas.
The producers are looking for dancers aged between 15 and twenty years old and have an elite level of dance ability. Girls must be classically trained with strong pointe work.
