Wes Carr took out the Australian Idol Crown for 2008 last night but I was more interested in the dancing. The opening number choreographed by Kelley Abbey and assisted by Kate Wormald was awesome. Some of Australia’s (Sydney’s) top dancers were in the number (see picture above). Four lovely ladies also graced the stage with the now smokin’ Jessica Mauboy for her performance of her new single Burn. It would have been a good idea if the stage area was covered as the poor girls had to be very careful as the stage was WET, very wet by the looks of it as one girl slipped and the others danced very carefully, although the wet hair and smudged make up added to the performance 😉 Watch the performance below.
