OXFAM Australia is after dancers for the WALK AGAINST WARMING this Saturday at 1pm. Our politicians are moving too slowly on climate change. Help send an important message. The walk is from Martin Place to the botanic gardens. We need people who can pull off slow-mo.
Come dressed as a politician, in business attire, with your role (eg minister of foreign affairs) on a piece of paper stuck to your back. The walk kicks off just after one 1.00. We will be positioned directly behind the front line, walking in slow motion as the entire march passes around us. Once they pass us we can ditch our jackets and rejoin them. OXFAM Australia will be filming and putting our gag up on their website.
