NEW ‘Mobile Rush’ Tickets Now Available

TodayTix, the digital gateway to arts and cultural experiences, has partnered with Opera Australia to offer $45 mobile Rush tickets to West Side Story at Sydney Opera House for a limited season only until 6 October 2019 (with some selected blackout dates for this offer).
By leveraging the TodayTix mobile Rush ticketing technology, Sydneysiders can purchase their mobile Rush tickets directly through the TodayTix app, eliminating the need to queue at the theatre for last-minute tickets on the day of the performance.
Directed by Joey McKneely, the vibrant new staging of West Side Story features some of Australia’s most exciting young talent performing Jerome Robbins’ original ground-breaking choreography, including Todd Jacobsson (Book Of Mormon) as Tony, Lyndon Watts (Aladdin) as Bernardo, Chloé Zuel (Beautiful) as Anita with two impressive professional stage debuts by Noah Mullins as Riff and Sophie Salvesani as Maria.
To ‘unlock’ mobile Rush tickets, TodayTix users are asked to spread the word on their social media accounts. Once unlocked, the $45 mobile Rush tickets are made available in-app at 9am on the morning of each performance, on a first-come first-served basis. There is a limited allocation of mobile Rush tickets per performance.
