A Breath Taking New Musical Collaboration for Australian Ballet

The Australian Ballet are co-producing, alongside GWB Entertainment, the Broadway sensation An American in Paris in Australia in 2022 in a first-of-its-kind partnership.

An American in Paris is directed and choreographed by Tony Award-winner and acclaimed international contemporary ballet choreographer Christopher Wheeldon. Captivating audiences and critics alike, the production has garnered many accolades including twelve Tony Award nominations, winning the 2015 Tony Award for Best Choreography among other prestigious production awards.

Touring to five cities across Australia in 2022 — Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney — this production will feature some of The Australian Ballet dancers in the cast. The full cast announcement will be made in the coming weeks.
