Choreography Online proudly presents the International Online Dance Competition

ENTER THE COMPETITION WITH VIDEO YOU ALREADY HAVE!

You’ve prepared tirelessly for your dance seasons. Now take all of the work that you’ve already done and push it up a notch to compete on a virtual world stage.

Dance Division: enter any dance video of you or your group filmed within the last year.

Choreographer Division: enter any choreography that was created in the last 10 years.

There is no limit to how many times you may enter, as long as you don’t enter the same piece with the same dancers more than once.

Dance Division entry fee is $5 USD (~ $8 AUD) per person.

Choreography Division entry fee is $10 (~ $15 AUD) per piece.

10% OF ALL PROCEEDS will go to https://www.artistrelief.org, to help performing artists affected financially by the global COVID-19 shutdowns.

PRIZES

Dance Division

Medallions and certificates (80 in all).

All Finalists, regardless of whether or not they are a winner in their Division, also have a chance at winning the $1000 Overall Performance Prize (Grand Prix).

Choreography Division

1st Place: $1000 USD
2nd Place: $600 USD
3rd Place: $300 USD

Choreographers will be invited to sell their work through Choreography Online, and select choreographers who do add their work to the Choreography Online catalog will be promoted by Choreography Online around the world.

OVERALL PERFORMANCE PRIZE (GRAND PRIX)

One Overall Performance Prize of $1000 USD will be granted to the most outstanding overall performance of the entire competition.

BALLET

L’École Supérieur de Ballet du Québec is offering a partial scholarship to one ballet Finalist on a year’s tuition ($500 CAD value) between 13 and 18 years old.
