The hit musical Mamma Mia! is set to return to Australia this year, with an official announcement expected to be made within weeks.
Mamma Mia! first premiered at the Princess Theatre in Melbourne on June 9, 2001, and subsequently toured for some four years.
No casting or production details are known at this stage, but the show is expected to play at Sydney’s Lyric Theatre as well as other venues across the country.
Meanwhile, a number of other shows are being rumoured for potential Australian seasons, including West Side Story.
Jekyll And Hyde was confirmed that is will be going ahead. The tour will begin in Korea in September. Auditions will be held in Melbourne and Sydney at the end of this month.
